Superintendent's Action Plan:

Build Resiliency – Fortify Each Student’s Inner Person
As Superintendent, I will provide guidance and support to the administrative team in enhancing programs and activities that:
       * Promote and model good character
       * Support mental/emotional wellness
       * Individually address the specific mental/emotional needs of each student

Reach High – Promote High Expectations
As Superintendent, I will assist the administrative team and oversee the process to:
       * Establish a guaranteed and viable K-12 curriculum that is aligned to the Next Generation Learning
          Standards (including Scope & Sequence documents and Unit Plans)
       * Review academic data and set SMART goals for academic growth and achievement
       * Create sound lesson plans and deliver dynamic instruction
       * Implement common summative and formative assessments
       * Use data from common assessments to monitor and adjust curriculum and instruction

Discover Your Potential – Develop Platforms to Make a Difference
As Superintendent, I will collaborate with the administrative team to enhance our efforts to:
       * Recognize and celebrate successes
       * Provide opportunities for students and employees to serve others
       * Implement activities and programs to strengthen weaknesses and maximize strengths
